Shipping

You can ship your booth items to the Hurst Conference Center. FedEx and UPS pickups must be scheduled. We recommend setting up your return labels and shipping with your items.

A shipping label will be sent out as we approach the conference.

Set Up

We will have a 6' table, two chairs and a waste basket available for you at your booth. Each booth will share a power strip unless specified they need access to their own power. We will not have pipe and drape for exhibit spaces. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Logan Beszterda at [email protected].
