I would recommend sending tracking numbers to your onsite contacts for help. 

 Onsite pick up process is:

• Go to Front Desk
• They will get with security/valet to find your boxes.
• If anything has been there longer than five days they will share what the fees are.
• They will bring to the front desk for pick up or to your booth directly upon request.

Booth

Your "booth" will consist of a 6-ft table, black tablecloth, 2 chairs, and electrical access is available to purchase through he hotel. Feel free to bring a backdrop (as long as it is no wider than 8 feet).
