Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations after Saturday, April 12th are no longer eligible to receive a refund. Open invoices that are not cancelled on or before that date will be required to pay the full amount. All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] on or before the deadline.

Will breakfast and lunch be provided?
Yes! Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday. There will be a light breakfast spread on Wednesday morning, before the airport tour.
I'm a speaker, do I register myself?
No, the SCCAAAE administrative team will register you in the back end.
Registration has closed, can I still come?
We will do our best to accommodate walk-in registrations.
